A business day is 24 hours.

What is a “bleed” file?
It is a print-ready file with different areas to respect, including the trim zone.
The color must extend beyond the final format to facilitate cutting and avoid white edges because the machinery varies slightly during production.

In what format should I send my file?
The ideal file is a high-resolution PDF, in the correct format, with bleed and crop marks.
Are there any fees if my file is not print-ready?
If the graphic designer needs to retouch your file in order to print it, yes, there will be a fee.
The minimum charge is $35 for simple retouching (under 15 minutes) and increases if the required time exceeds 15 minutes.
